Galassia Gutenberg è la fiera del libro di Napoli. Ogni anno cerco di visitarla, nonostante l’approssimazione, le scelte poco audaci, ecc…è piuttosto una questione di principio: da napoletana, sento il dovere di sostenere un’iniziativa culturale. Galassia ospita, ogni volta, anche piccole case editrici che pubblicano libri storici su Napoli, antiche stampe, albi. La caratteristica di queste pubblicazioni, però, è purtroppo sempre quella di essere diciamo molto “maschili”, come se Napoli fosse una città-uomo. Bene, Il resto di niente ha il merito di restituire a Napoli la sua atavica femminilità, una dignità compiuta e sensata, che si discosta molto non solo dalla gran parte delle rappresentazioni classiche, ma anche da quell’aggressività irragionevole che pervade la rappresentazione contemporanea. E’ un libro “Mater-ico”: esatto!
Quest’anno ho comprato delle cartoline a Galassia: Napoli nel futuro, illustrazioni in versione cyberpunk.
Sarebbe bello riuscire a fartene avere una.
