E il film come è? Ho letto di diverse polemiche quando lo si è visto a Roma, anche se non ho ben capito perchè.
Del libro non sapevo, ho letto due piccole recensioni, una sì e una no.
io non lo volevo vedere, ma in realtà non è male. è uno di quei film corali in cui le storie si intrecciano… ma non risulta moralista. i personaggi si seguono da vicino, forse anzi sono tutti sin troppo gradevoli. ci sono certi panorami di città dall’alto, come fanno gli americani nei film su NY, che mi sono piaciuti.
Doninelli ha parecchia ragione e un sacco di spunti interessanti, ma ahimé, temo che se non condividi una buona parte del suo orizzonte culturale di riferimento (chiamiamolo così) è difficile entusiasmarsi.
La lettura di Sinclair nel frattempo si è arenata attorno a pagina 120 causa imprevisto addensamento di pagine da tradurre/rivedere.
